FAQ: 
Q Can not program flash with AxIDE utility.
A Monitor version V1.1 may have the flash protection enabled which will prevent erasing or loading the flash memory. Use Monitor command MM 104 to verify flash protection is off, value should = $FF. If not, Contact [email protected] if you have this version of monitor installed with this problem.
